Once you receive your package, you have 3 days to contact us via email if you need to exchange.
Items that are sent back without exchange authorization will be refused.
Items must be in the condition in which you received them.
Worn items CAN NOT be returned. Once authorization has been approved, we will email you with information on exchanging your items.
There will be a new shipping fee for returns. (Customer's responsibility) Once you receive approval to exchange, it is your responsibility to send the item(s) back and provide us with tracking information via email. Once we receive your items, you will receive an email with information regarding your exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
